Roland Wide Format Digital Printer
This is our hardest working machine. Printing all of our wraps and many of our other signs.

Our plant and equipment caters for most commercial signage projects. We have compiled a list of plant and machinery along with key specifications and sizes so you can better understand what we are capable of producing.

This is where your idea begins to come to life. On our latest computer systems with various state of the art sign and graphic design programs that we use. For instance, if we're doing a vehicle wrap for you, we design it on either a photo of the vehicle, or a vehicle template of the same model, also allowing for unusual shapes and contours on your vehicle.

With our Roland Wide Format Printer, we produce all of our wrap designs and other printing for various signage, labels, stickers and banners etc. We can print to 1340mm across the roll to whatever length is required for a particular job. It is also a cut machine and allows us to produce die cut stickers and signs.

Our Graphtec cutting plotter allows us to cut vinyl lettering and graphics with ease, including reflectives and other specialty vinyls. Maximum cut width on this machine is 750mm.

With our modern colour rip software, you can be sure we'll achieve outstanding results with very little variance to your corporate colours.

We use a CNC flatbed router to do all of our cutting of 3D letters and shapes. We use a wide range of substrates including acrylic, aluminium composite panel and various forms of plastics of different thicknesses. The work area of the machine is 2400x1200.
